We are one of the UK's largest children's charities, supporting over 110,000 children and their families through 383 projects nationwide. Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Unfortunately we can only accept orders from within the United Kingdom. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Delivery schedule
Prompt Delivery! Once your order has been sucessfully accepted, all goods are despatched for delivery by 2nd Class Post. Please allow 7 days for your order to arrive. If we cannot fulfil this promise, we will contact you.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If for any reason you wish to return your goods we will exchange them or refund your money including your postage cost. A prepaid label is attached to your customer advice note, please use this label to return your parcel.
